do not shop at snaggstuff.com!

i placed an order at snaggstuff.com a couple months ago, and they are the worst site in the world! it took them a month to mail it out, and when they finally did mail it, they sent it to an address halfway across the country from me. i sent them two separate emails to try to clear things up, and have received no response, even though it's been over a month since i first sent an email. DO NOT SHOP THERE. if any of the wootalyzer staff reads this, i recommend that you pull the site off of the tracker.

Strange, we have actually gotten many positive reports from users buying from snaggstuff. If you still haven't gotten your item, you could try calling 866-437-0287, which is the number for Software Supply Group (the company that runs snaggstuff). Good luck, and we'll keep your review in mind.

Update: You could also try the forums on snaggstuff.com, it looks like they have some relatively active administrators.

thanks! i just posted a topic on the forums, if i don't get a reply in the next few days, i'll try the phone number. i'll make sure to post what happens here, but i'm still probably not going to shop from them again. unless, of course, they have some killer deal that i just can't pass up, in which case they might get one last chance

well, posted on the forum and got no response, i finally called the company today, and they are going to ship me a new mystery box (with a little extra thrown in for the headache). hopefully this one will actually arrive. i'll be sure to post here again if and when it does, but i'm still rather pissed that it took two emails, a forum post, and finally a phone call to get any response whatsoever.

I would suggest pulling snaggstuff off of the wootalyzer list. You guys might look at their forums and see what the other customers are saying. It seems that the general consensus on them is not great.

yeah, i ended up getting my stuff, but what i got really wasn't worth the headache it took to get it, and i won't be shopping there again.

The admins at that site love to talk down to the customers and then when you catch them in a lie they just won't respond. i really hope wootalyzer pulls them off the list.

I recently made a purchase with them on a temporary card. The only time the card left my wallet was to make this purchase and was the only purchase ever made with the card number. A few days later a fraudulent charge was made. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
