1. With limited screen real estate, I would prefer to have the option not to always have the window on top.
2. A windows gadget version would be a plus.
3. A "log file" of the popups together with a "new popup" flag/indicator on the taskbar so that if one is not at their computer, one can check the most current alerts upon returning.
I like this checker! It's the best one that I've found to keep track of not only Woot, but also other deal-of-the-day offerings. Good work!

1. "Always on top" is already an option in the Wootalyzer general settings
2 and 3 are on our todo list (especially #3). They'll come around some day

Another request: alert profiles
When Woot-offs come along, I tend to turn off my other trackers because its one of the few times I turn my speakers on (and way up) so as not to miss the Woot-off alarm. It would be nice to be able to keep my everyday settings in one profile, and my Woot-off settings in another.
Reconsider the design on your alert selector as well. It might be easier to have a table of sites and checkboxes (three options: track, don't track, and server default; possibly with "select all" and "clear all" options for each column), with a button or link for each to change advanced options. If this feature were in place, it would decrease my desire for profiles, since I could change the settings for all sites easily. Right now, I have to select a site on the left, then move over ad make changes on the right, go back and make a new selection on the left... It gets old after the first couple of Woot-offs.
Apart from those selections, I've had some startup hiccoughs running under WinXP x64 (not responding, kill, re-launch), but I understand you guys are working on those issues for v4. Thanks for a great and useful tool. I have 5 Woot! [B]lessings [O]f [C]ommerce to my name, and Wootalyzer helped me get four of those.
